1. Procurement Model
VICALU operates on a "Reserve Online, Validate In-Showroom" model. While you can browse and build your procurement list online, all orders are officially processed at our central hub in Douala to ensure material quality and specification accuracy.
2. Logistics & Delivery
For large-scale industrial orders (Aluminium Profiles, Glass Panes, Alucobond), we provide professional logistics services within Douala and the surrounding regions. Shipping costs and timelines are calculated at the time of showroom validation based on the volume and destination.
3. Self-Collection
Partners and customers are welcome to arrange their own transport for collection at our P.O BOX 2218 DOUALA facility once payment has been confirmed via our POS system.
4. Material Handling
Given the delicate nature of architectural glass and precision profiles, VICALU takes utmost care in packaging. We recommend using our certified transport partners for high-volume procurements to ensure your materials arrive in pristine condition.
